  • 150 grams Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 30 grams Cream cheese
  • 1 unit Egg, large
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 100 grams Crème fraîche
  • 100 grams Bacon, sliced
  • 1 medium Onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon Nutmeg, ground

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave for about 1-2 minutes, until melted. Stir well to combine the cheeses.

Step 3
