  • 2 tablespoons Cold water
  • 1 unit Egg wash (1 egg beaten with 1 tablespoon water)
  • 0.5 cups Shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 0.25 cups Chopped cooked bacon or ham

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, xanthan gum, and salt.

Cube the cold unsalted butter and add it to the flour mixture.

Use a pastry cutter or your fingers to rub the butter into the flour until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
