Ingredients

  • 2 sea bass filets
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 0.5 teaspoons salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Step 2

Rinse the sea bass filets under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.

Step 3

Place the filets in a baking dish and drizzle them with 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Season both sides with salt and black pepper.

Step 4

Slice the lemon in half. Cut one half into thin slices and squeeze the juice from the other half.

Step 5

Place the lemon slices over the filets in the baking dish.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.

While the fish is baking, prepare the lemon herb sauce. Chop the fresh parsley and dill finely and mince the garlic cloves.
