  • 2 tablespoons Avocado oil
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder

  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 0.5 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons Green onions, chopped
  • 0.5 cup Sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

Rinse the radishes and trim both ends. Cut the radishes into quarters, or halves if they're small.

Step 3

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cut radishes with the avocado oil, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, ground cumin, and paprika. Toss until the radishes are well coated.
