Ingredients

  • 1 head Romaine lettuce
  • 1 large Cucumber
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 5 medium Radishes
  • 1 medium Bell pepper
  • 0.5 small Red onion
  • 0.5 cup Fresh parsley
  • 0.25 cup Fresh mint leaves
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 0.25 cup Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Sumac
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Wash and pat dry the romaine lettuce. Chop it into bite-sized pieces and place it into a large salad bowl.

Peel the cucumber if desired, slice it lengthwise, and then slice it into thin half-moons. Add to the salad bowl.
