Ingredients

  • 1 pound Chicken breast
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 Bell peppers
  • 1 large Onion
  • 2 tablespoons Fajita seasoning
  • 2 cups Cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup Sour cream
  • 0.5 cup Guacamole
  • 0.25 cup Fresh cilantro
  • 0.25 cup Jalapeño slices
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

Slice the chicken breast into thin strips. Season with salt, pepper, and half the fajita seasoning.

Step 3

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken strips and cook until thoroughly cooked, about 6-8 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

Step 4

In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of olive oil. Slice the bell peppers and onion, and sauté them with the remaining fajita seasoning until they are softened, about 5 minutes.
