Ingredients

  • 2 cups Almond flour
  • 0.25 cup Coconut flour
  • 2 teaspoons Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Xanthan gum
  • 0.5 cup Sugar-free sweetener
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted butter
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 0.5 cup Almond milk
  • 4 tablespoons Cream cheese
  • 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese (shredded)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.

In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, xanthan gum, sugar-free sweetener, and salt.

Melt 4 tablespoons of butter and set aside.
