Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups Almond flour
  • 0.25 cup Coconut flour
  • 1 tablespoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Xanthan gum
  • 0.25 cup Granulated erythritol
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 0.5 cup Unsalted butter, melted
  • 0.25 cup Unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 4 oz Cream cheese

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tray with 8 paper liners.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, xanthan gum, and granulated erythritol. Stir well to blend.

In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, melted butter, almond milk, and vanilla extract until well incorporated.
