Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 0.25 cup coconut oil
  • 3 tablespoons water

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour, salt, black pepper, and sesame seeds until well combined.

Step 3

In a small bowl, beat the eggs with water until well mixed, then add them to the dry ingredients. Mix until a sticky dough forms.

Heat the coconut oil in a large skillet over medium heat until melted.

Scoop a tablespoon of the dough and drop it into the hot oil. Repeat several times to fill the pan, leaving space for spreading.

Flip the emping and cook for another 2 minutes on the other side until crispy.
