Ingredients

  • 6 large egg whites
  • 1 medium avocado
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • 4 leaves green leaf lettuce
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat a grill pan over medium heat and lightly coat with olive oil.

Step 2

Beat the egg whites in a bowl until slightly frothy and season with salt and black pepper.

Step 3

Pour the egg whites into the grill pan to create two even layers. Cook until the egg whites are firm and slightly browned on both sides, about 4-5 minutes per side.

While the eggs are cooking, in a separate non-stick skillet, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
