  • 100 grams Mushrooms
  • 30 ml Heavy Cream
  • 20 grams Butter
  • 50 grams Spinach Leaves

  • 50 grams Shredded Cheese (Cheddar or Gouda)
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped Fresh Parsley

Directions

Step 1

Clean and slice the mushrooms into thin pieces.

In a medium pan over medium heat, melt half the butter (10 grams).
