Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Duck Breasts
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic Cloves
  • 1 inch piece Ginger
  • 3 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Lime Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Erythritol Sweetener
  • 2 medium Zucchini
  • 2 stalks Green Onions
  • 0.25 cup Cilantro
  • 0.5 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds

Directions

Step 1

Season the duck breasts with salt and black pepper on both sides.

Step 2

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the olive oil.

Step 3

Place the duck breasts skin-side down into the skillet. Cook for 7-8 minutes until the skin is crispy and golden brown. Flip and cook for another 5 minutes for medium-rare or until desired doneness.

Step 4

Remove the duck from the skillet and let it rest on a cutting board. Save the duck fat in the skillet.

Step 5

While the duck is resting, mince the garlic and ginger. Trim and slice the green onions. Spiralize the zucchini to create noodles.

Step 6

Heat the reserved duck fat in the skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and ginger and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Step 7

Add the zucchini noodles to the skillet and toss in the garlic and ginger for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened.

Step 8

In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, fish sauce, lime juice, and erythritol sweetener. Pour over the zucchini noodles and toss to combine.

Step 9

Slice the duck breasts thinly and lay them over the zucchini noodles.

Step 10

Garnish with sliced green onions, chopped cilantro, crushed red pepper flakes, and sesame seeds.

Step 11

Serve immediately and enjoy your flavorful Keto Duck Noodles!
