  • 500 grams Ground lamb
  • 250 grams Ground beef
  • 1 medium, finely grated Onion
  • 3 minced Garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 large Egg
  • 60 grams Almond flour
  • 1 tablespoon Psyllium husk
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons, melted Butter
  • 100 grams, full-fat Greek yogurt
  • 4 large Lettuce leaves
  • 1 sliced Tomato
  • 0.5 sliced Cucumber
  • 0.5 sliced thinly Red onion
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground lamb and ground beef with the grated onion, minced garlic, cumin, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly incorporated.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

While the meat is chilling, prepare the keto flatbread. In another bowl, combine almond flour, psyllium husk, and baking powder.
