Ingredients

  • 200 grams Almond flour
  • 30 grams Ground flaxseed
  • 30 grams Psyllium husk powder
  • 50 grams Spelt flour
  • 2 teaspoons Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 60 ml Coconut oil, melted
  • 2 teaspoons Apple cider vinegar
  • 250 ml Warm water

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a 9x5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, ground flaxseed, psyllium husk powder, spelt flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix well to ensure there are no lumps.

Step 3

In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, melted coconut oil, and apple cider vinegar until smooth.

Step 4

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and use a spatula to fold them together until fully combined.

Step 5

Gradually add the warm water to the mixture while continuing to stir until a thick batter forms. The batter will be thick but should still be manageable to pour into a bread pan.

Step 6

Transfer the batter to the prepared loaf pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.

Step 7

Place the loaf in the preheated oven and bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Step 8

Remove the bread from the oven and allow it to cool in the pan for 10 minutes.

Step 9

Carefully lift the bread out of the pan using the parchment paper and transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing and serving.
