  • 0.5 cup Diced tomatoes with green chiles
  • 1 tablespoon Jalapeño, finely diced
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon Chives, chopped (optional garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine 1.5 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese and 2 tablespoons of cream cheese. Microwave on high for 1 minute until melted, then stir the mixture until smooth.

Add 1 cup of almond flour, 0.5 teaspoon of salt, and 0.5 teaspoon of paprika to the cheese mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
