Ingredients

  • 500 grams Beef sirloin, cubed
  • 500 grams Chicken breast, cubed
  • 60 ml Olive oil
  • 60 ml Soy sauce (Tamari for gluten-free)
  • 30 ml Lemon juice
  • 4 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Ground cumin
  • 1 tsp Dried oregano
  • 0.5 tsp Ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 10 Wooden skewers

Directions

Step 1

Soak the wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent them from burning on the grill.

Step 2

In a large bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, minced garlic, paprika, cumin, oregano, black pepper, and salt. Mix well.

Step 3

Add the cubed beef and chicken to the marinade, ensuring all the pieces are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for more flavor.
