  • 2 tbsp Coconut oil
  • 1 medium, chopped Onion

  • 1 tbsp Curry powder
  • 400 ml Coconut milk
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper
  • 2 tbsp, chopped Fresh cilantro
  • 1 cut into wedges Lime

Directions

Step 1

Wash the radishes, trim the ends, and cut them in half. If the radishes are large, consider quartering them.

In a large skillet, heat the coconut oil over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion and sauté until it becomes translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
