  • 100 grams spinach
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons, chopped fresh cilantro

Directions

Step 1

Heat olive oil in a large, deep skillet over medium heat.

Add the sausages to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are browned on all sides. Remove the sausages from the skillet and set aside.
