  • 1.5 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 pieces large eggs
  • 0.25 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 6 slices deli ham
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese, sliced

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, xanthan gum, and salt. Set aside.
