Ingredients

  • 2 cups Almond flour
  • 0.25 cup Coconut flour
  • 1 tablespoon Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Xanthan gum
  • 0.5 cup Unsalted butter
  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 4 ounces Cream cheese
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 8 slices Ham, thinly sliced
  • 8 slices Swiss cheese, thinly sliced
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 large Egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until fully melted and easy to mix.

Add the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, xanthan gum, salt, and black pepper to the melted cheese, along with the two eggs. Mix well using a spatula or your hands to form a dough.
