  • 2 tablespoons Coconut flour
  • 1/3 cup Erythritol
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup Butter
  • 2 tablespoons Heavy cream

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a medium-sized mixing bowl, whisk together almond flour, coconut flour, erythritol, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
