  • 1 medium head Cauliflower
  • 1 large Egg
  • 0.5 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 0.25 cup Almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Avocado oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

Cut the cauliflower into florets and transfer them to a food processor. Pulse until the cauliflower resembles rice.

Step 3

Transfer the cauliflower rice to a microwave-safe bowl, cover it with a microwave-safe lid or plate, and microwave on high for 5 minutes.

Place the microwaved cauliflower rice onto a clean kitchen towel, let it cool slightly, then squeeze out as much moisture as possible.
