Ingredients

  • 10 large radishes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt

  • 1 avocado
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 4 cooked bacon strips
  • 100 grams cheddar cheese, sliced

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

Slice the radishes thinly, approximately 1/8 inches in thickness, using a mandoline or a sharp knife.

Step 3

In a mixing bowl, toss the sliced radishes with olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

Spread the radish slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the edges are golden and crispy, flipping halfway through.

While the radishes are baking, mash the avocado in a small bowl and mix it with salt and lemon juice. Set aside.
