Ingredients

  • 200 grams Shirataki noodles (Miracle Noodles)
  • 2 tablespoons Avocado oil
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame seeds

Directions

Step 1

Rinse the shirataki noodles thoroughly under running water for 2-3 minutes to remove the earthy smell. Drain well.

Step 2

Transfer the noodles to a dry skillet over medium heat. Toast them for 5-8 minutes to evaporate any excess liquid. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.

Step 3

Once the noodles are dry, remove them from the skillet and set aside.

Step 4

In the same skillet, add avocado oil and heat over medium-high heat.

Add the dry toasted noodles back to the skillet. Spread them out evenly and let them cook untouched for 3-4 minutes until they start to crisp.
