Ingredients

  • 500 grams cauliflower florets
  • 200 grams shredded cheddar cheese

  • 100 grams almond flour
  • 30 grams coconut flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon paprika
  • 500 milliliters oil for frying

Directions

Step 1

Steam the cauliflower florets until tender, about 10 minutes. Allow them to cool slightly before processing.

In a food processor, pulse the cauliflower until it reaches a rice-like consistency. Avoid over-processing.
