Directions

Step 1

Begin by washing and drying 450 grams of cauliflower florets thoroughly.

Using a food processor, pulse the cauliflower florets until they are finely riced. Be sure not to over-process it into a paste.

Transfer the riced cauliflower to a clean kitchen towel or cheesecloth. Squeeze out as much moisture as possible to ensure crispy hashbrown patties.
