Ingredients

  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons Coconut flour
  • 1 teaspoon Xanthan gum
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 large Egg
  • 2 tablespoons Water
  • 8 ounces Ground pork
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons Green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 0.5 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 0.25 cup Avocado oil
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

In a medium mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, xanthan gum, and salt. Mix well.

Step 2

Add the egg and water to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.

Step 3

Knead the dough gently on a flat surface until smooth. Wrap in plastic wrap and let rest for 15 minutes.

Step 4

For the filling, in another bowl, combine ground pork, minced garlic, grated ginger, chopped green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, and black pepper. Mix until fully combined.

Divide the dough into 12 equal pieces. Flatten each piece into a small circle of about 3 inches in diameter.

Place a tablespoon of the pork mixture in the center of each dough circle.

Fold the dough over the filling to create a half-moon shape and press the edges to seal tightly.

Heat the avocado oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat.
