  • 1.5 cups Almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons Psyllium husk powder

  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 0.5 cup Water
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 cup Coconut oil or avocado oil (for frying)

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs until they are well mixed. Add water and olive oil to the eggs and whisk together.

Slowly pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, stirring continuously to form a dough. Let the dough rest for about 5 minutes to allow the psyllium husk to absorb moisture and firm up.
