  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 cup coconut oil (or avocado oil) for frying

Directions

Step 1

Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces, approximately 1 to 1.5 inches each, and set them aside.

In a medium bowl, combine almond flour, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Mix well to create your coating mixture.
