Ingredients

  • 200 grams Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 60 grams Cream cheese
  • 100 grams Almond flour
  • 50 grams Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 500 milliliters Coconut oil (or avocado oil) for frying

Directions

Step 1

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave on high for about 1 minute, or until melted. Stir to combine into a smooth mixture.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, Parmesan cheese, egg, baking powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and ground black pepper. Mix well.
