Ingredients

  • 12 oz canned tuna
  • 0.5 cup almond flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 0.25 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.25 cup green onions, chopped
  • 0.25 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp avocado oil

Directions

Step 1

Drain the canned tuna thoroughly and place it in a large mixing bowl.

Add almond flour, eggs, mayonnaise, green onions, parsley, and lemon juice to the bowl.
