Ingredients

  • 8 oz Cream cheese
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 cup Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, grated Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, fresh parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

Step 2

Using your hands, form the cheese mixture into small balls, approximately 1 inch in diameter. You should get about 12 to 15 balls.

Step 3

In a shallow bowl, beat the eggs until smooth. In another shallow bowl, place the almond flour.

Step 4

Dip each cheese ball into the beaten eggs, making sure to coat it entirely, then roll it in the almond flour to cover it completely.

Step 5

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.

Step 6

Fry the cheese balls in batches, turning occasionally, for about 3-5 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy on all sides.

Step 7

Remove the cheese balls from the skillet and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil.

Step 8

Serve hot as an appetizer or snack with your favorite dipping sauce.
