Ingredients

  • 1 head Cauliflower
  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)

  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 0.25 cup Unsweetened almond milk
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0 for coating Olive oil spray
  • 0.5 cup Ranch or blue cheese dressing

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets and set aside.

Step 3

In a shallow bowl, mix together the almond flour, grated Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
