  • 30 grams butter

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Shape the beef mixture into small, flat cutlets, about 1.5 cm thick. You should be able to make 8 cutlets.
