  • 60 ml coconut aminos
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1 teaspoon xanthan gum
  • 40 grams almond flour
  • 60 ml avocado oil
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 0.5 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Thinly slice the beef sirloin into strips, approximately 1/4 inch thick.

Step 2

In a bowl, combine coconut aminos, sesame oil, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, grated ginger, xanthan gum, salt, and black pepper to make a marinade.

Add the beef strips to the marinade, making sure each piece is well-coated. Set aside to marinate for at least 15 minutes.
