Ingredients

  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 oz Cream cheese, softened
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 1 cup Frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 0.5 cup Heavy cream
  • 0.5 tsp Garlic powder
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

To make the crust, combine 1 1/2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese and 2 oz of cream cheese in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high for about 1 minute until the cheese is melted and easy to stir.

Stir the cheese mixture, then add in the egg, almond flour, and salt. Mix until it forms a dough.

Place the dough onto the prepared baking sheet and cover with another sheet of parchment paper. Roll it out into a thin, even layer about 1/4 inch thick. Remove the top parchment paper.
