Ingredients

  • 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk

  • 0.5 medium Avocado
  • 0.5 cup Unsweetened Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Chia Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon MCT Oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 0.5 cup Ice Cubes
  • 1 to taste Stevia or Monk Fruit Sweetener

Directions

Step 1

Add 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk and 0.5 cup of full-fat coconut milk to a blender.

Step 2

Scoop out the flesh from 0.5 medium avocado and add it to the blender.

Step 3

Add 0.5 cup of unsweetened Greek yogurt and 1 tablespoon of chia seeds.

Step 4

Pour in 1 teaspoon of MCT oil and 0.5 teaspoon of vanilla extract.

Step 5
