  • 240 ml coconut milk

  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley

Directions

Step 1

Peel the parsnips and cut them into small, even pieces to ensure uniform cooking.

Dice the onion and mince the garlic cloves.

In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

Add the onions and garlic to the pot and saute until the onions become translucent, about 5 minutes.
