  • 450 grams, sliced (such as button or cremini) Mushrooms
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Ground coriander
  • 0.5 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 1 cup Coconut cream
  • 0.5 cup Water
  • 2 tablespoons, chopped Fresh cilantro
  • 0 to taste Salt
  • 0 to taste Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, and grated ginger to the skillet. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until the onion is translucent and fragrant.
