  • 1 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 large Garlic clove
  • 2 pieces Anchovy fillets
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 medium-sized Avocado

Directions

Step 1

In a blender or food processor, combine the mayonnaise and sour cream.

Add the fresh parsley, basil, chives, and tarragon to the blender.

Step 3

Pour in the lemon juice and apple cider vinegar.

Peel the garlic clove and add it to the mixture along with the anchovy fillets.
