Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 ounces cream cheese
  • 0.5 cup chicken broth
  • 4 cups spiralized zucchini (zoodles)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 0.25 cup fresh basil, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Slice the chicken breast into thin strips.

Step 2

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.

Season the sliced chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
