Ingredients

  • 2 pieces chicken breast
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 pieces garlic cloves
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 3 cups baby spinach
  • 8 ounces keto-friendly pasta
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 0.5 cup chicken broth

Directions

Step 1

Season the chicken breasts with 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper on both sides.

Step 2

In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and golden brown. Transfer the chicken to a plate and let it rest.

Step 3

In the same skillet, add the remaining olive oil and minced garlic cloves. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Step 4

Reduce the heat to medium and pour in the chicken broth, scraping any brown bits from the bottom of the skillet. Let it simmer for 2 minutes.
