  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon nutmeg

Directions

Step 1

Peel the butternut squash, remove seeds, and chop into 1-inch cubes.

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

On a baking sheet, toss squash cubes with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
