  • 0.5 teaspoons Ground cumin
  • 0.5 cup Full-fat Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Wash the beetroots thoroughly to remove any dirt or impurities.

Wrap each beetroot in aluminum foil and place them on a baking tray.
