Ingredients

  • 2 pieces (approximately 8 oz each) Chicken breast
  • 2 large Avocado
  • 0.5 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 0.25 cup Fresh cilantro
  • 0.25 cup Red onion
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 4 slices Bacon
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder

Directions

Step 1

Begin by cooking the chicken breasts. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

Step 2

Place the chicken breasts in the skillet and cook for about 7-8 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove from skillet and allow to cool.

Step 3

While the chicken is cooling, cook the bacon in the same skillet until crispy. Once cooked, transfer the bacon to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess fat. Once cooled, crumble into small pieces.
