  • 0.5 teaspoon lemon extract
  • 1 tablespoon stevia or erythritol sweetener (for filling)
  • 1 egg yolk

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the almond flour, shredded mozzarella cheese, and 1 tablespoon of cream cheese.

Step 3

Microwave for about 1 minute until the cheeses are melted, then stir the mixture until smooth. Repeat microwaving in 30-second intervals if necessary.

Step 4

Add the baking powder, 2 tablespoons of sweetener, vanilla extract, and one egg to the melted cheese mixture, and mix until a smooth dough forms.

Step 5
