  • 1.5 cups Almond flour
  • 0.25 cup Coconut flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Xanthan gum
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 cup Butter, melted
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 0.25 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup Powdered erythritol
  • 0.5 cup Whipping cream
  • 2 ounces Cream cheese, softened
  • 0.5 teaspoon Stevia sweetener

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, xanthan gum, and salt. Mix well.

Step 3

In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted butter, eggs, heavy cream, vanilla extract, and powdered erythritol until smooth.
