Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups almond flour
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave on high in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the cheeses are completely melted and mixed together.
