Directions

Step 1

Begin by removing the leaves and core from the cauliflower, then chop it into florets.

Place the cauliflower florets in a food processor and pulse until the texture resembles rice.

Transfer the cauliflower rice to a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 3-4 minutes until tender. Allow it to cool slightly.
