  • 1 pound Fresh crab meat
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Chives

Directions

Step 1

Finely chop the celery and shallots, and mince the garlic.

In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.

Add the chopped celery, shallots, and garlic. Sauté them for approximately 5 minutes until they become translucent and fragrant.
